今週も終わろうとしています。先週買った「鬼速PDCA」を参考に、色んなことに挑戦し改善を加えていこうと思います。

今週チャレンジしたこと
１.インスタライブで勉強の様子を配信
どのように活用するかというと、勉強をする時にその様子を配信するだけです。
今まで「勉強をしなければ、、！」と頭ではわかっていたもののなかなか実行に移せていなかったので、打開策としてチャレンジしてみます。
かつて「東大生はリビングで勉強をしている」という特集をテレビで見たのを思い出して、誰かにみられている意識でやれば捗るのでは？と思ったのがきっかけです。
まだ始めたばかりですしゲリラ的に行っているので効果の程は今後検証していこうと思います。

２.TOEICに申し込んだ
英語の勉強は今後の転職のために必要であるとわかっていながらもなかなか進んでいなかったので、退路を断つためにエントリーをしました。
お金を払えばやらざるを得ない状況を作り出せるので、準備期間と実力は圧倒的に足りませんがまずはやってみようと思います。
３.スクリーンタイムを設定
スクリーンタイムとは、ある時間になると設定したアプリに制限がかかることです。私の場合、夜になるといつまで経ってもSNSをチェックしてしまうクセがあったので、22:30〜5:00の間はSNS関係は使用不可にしました。結局その時間になると連絡なんてほぼ入らないし、SNSは見なくても死にません。
結果やるべきこと（家事など）をやれるようになったので、これはオススメです。
今週の反省と来週の目標
今週はやはり朝活が不十分。これをなんとかしたい。
朝やることを明確にし、すぐに行動に移せるようにしなければならない。。
今までは朝起きたらすぐに何かをやらなければいけないと思っていたが、朝の時間に少し猶予を持たせることで朝を”有効活用する”というよりは”楽しむ”という意識でチャレンジしていこうと思います。
具体的には
- 朝コーヒーを飲みながらゆっくりする
- 好きな音楽を聞いて気分を上げる
- SNSのチェック
などを考えています。
来週は今週よりも成長できるようベストを尽くします。
